CONSERVATION NETWORK -
The Natural Resource Conservation Network is an incredible organisation really making a big difference to wildlife conservation in Uganda. They invest a lot of time, energy and resource in not only protecting the wildlife, but also bringing to justice those who needlessly hunt and kill these magnificent creatures.
Our journey started with a 2 month sustainability report which took a 360 degree look into the organisation. We were able to create a targeted and achievable plan that not only mitigates a 6 figure gap in funding, but also creates an academy division for the training of prosecutor’s against hunters and enables investments through a community division.
Working with the team from NRCN has been inspiring to see not only the work that is done, but also the risks they take to make a significant difference to wildlife in Uganda. We are creating a UK Charity for NRCN which will aid donations from both the UK and United States and look forward to each step of our journey together ensuring NRCN continues their mission.
